WooCommerce Checkout Manager does not work

Hi,
I am using the Modern Events Calendar with WooCommerce as Payment option. When clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”, the Checkout page is shown ([woocommerce_checkout]), but it only contains the payment options and not the fields specified in the checkout manager. Do you have any idea how to solve that?

Thanks and best regards,
Ole

Hello Ole,

Thanks for writing in! Maybe you have logged in already which is why only a few fields were displayed. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

Regards.

Thank you I added the secure note to the message on top

Thanks for the login, been trying it but this is what I’m getting

. I thought, it’s really a maintenance, but still the same after a couple of waits. Thanks, please let us know once ready. And do the checkout page edited in the builder? Because I recommend not doing that, it will greatly affect some of the functionality.

Thanks!

Hi,
I tried it in another Webbrowser, everything should work now!

Hi Ole,

Perhaps it’s due to security, still reloading it and the result is still the same, service unavailable. If it’s due to security, I recommend turning it off while we’re checking it. I’m guessing it’s really due to security since the front site is accessible, it only happens when logging int.

Thanks!

Do you have any suggestion how to turning it off? I haven’t changed anything so I don’t understand what goes wrong there

Hi Ole,

As we are unaware of the security measures used, we suggest that you contact your hosting service provider and ask them for their help.

They will know what to do to give access.

Thank you.

Hi,

I asked by Hosting Provider they said there is no setting from them which could be the problem. They also tried to log in and it worked. I assume you didn’t include the “” in the password right?

Hi Ole,

Security is just our assumption since we can’t access it, by means of accessing is by accessing the login page URL, and not by logging it. Which is why we are just recommending to contact your hosting provider to see if they can find something, it’s either security or anything related to that error.

I tried it again and still the same, as much as we want to investigate it, we have no control over it nor find the cause since can’t view/load it upon accessing it.

Thanks!
