Woocommerce Checkout Manager - Checkout Field Condition Issue

This is related to the conditional element “If this current field doesn’t have this content”

I can’t seem to get this to work in any way. I saw a post about this bug in 2020 that was supposedly fixed. I have a local pickup option and I just want to hide all the billing address info when I ask the question as an additional billing field. I tried using the value, actual text, etc. I used Radio, Text, Select and I can’t seem to get it to function properly.

The issue addressed here is exactly what I am dealing with for conditional values. There is still a bug.

Hi there, I’m struggling with conditional settings for my checkout page. What I would like to accomplish is that a few fields show only when a checkbox is checked. Can you please point out which field you want to add the condition and then what should be your condition?
