Woocommerce Ajax not working?

Hello there! We’ve been struggling with getting the “added to cart” ajax working for woocommerce. Originally we just wanted it to appear on the homepage when a user adds the Ace Bait Kit, but we noticed it wasn’t working on the other shop pages as well. Here’s the link to the site: https://drycreekoutfitters.com/

We think we might have a piece of code somewhere that is inhibiting it from working. We DO have the setting enabled on the woocommerce product settings to have ajax enabled when a user adds a product to a cart; however, when you are on the shop page, it refreshes the page and shows the Wordpress notification bar instead of the woocommerce “added to cart” checkbox.

Hello @RinardMedia,

Thanks for writing in!

You may have disabled the " Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives" in the settings. Please check it in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Add to cart behaviour.

If this is NOT helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: https://theme.co/docs/getting-support

Regards.

Hey there! That particular woocommerce setting has been enabled the whole time. I even tested disabling it and re-enabling it.

Hi @RinardMedia,

Thank you for the credentials, but the AJAX “Add to cart behaviour” seems to be working fine on on my end.

Please clarify, how we can replicate the issue.

And please try using incognito/private mode of your browser where there are no caching and browser add-ons involve.

Cheers!
