Maybe I should wait and see but I’ve noticed a lot of sliders/carousels on other sites are draggable (Rather than side scrolling or having to press ‘next’ etc) - is that something that will be within the new slider element?

Yes! By default, dragging a slider will snap to the next slide. You can also disable touch interactions, or use “free scroll” which won’t snap but rather allow the slide container to end up in-between slides. This could be useful for sliders where there’s less of a clear definition of each slide (like a bunch of irregular sized logos perhaps).
