I’ve install a new Wordpress clean instalation. Then downloaded and set the pro. Whenever I’m accessing Pro it tells me that the theme is not validated. Then when I try to press on validate it tells me that is already validated.
Then I try to see if I have Cornestore in plugins? as a builder no? I try to edit and create a header template and it does not work.
So many issues so fast. Why?

I can see you have Pro license. With PRO you don’t need Cornerstone plugin. You will have header, footer and content builder which is already integrated on the theme no extra plugin.
Please make sure first that you are updated and using all compatible version here.

There seems to be something odd about the the setup of Pro in the admin area of your site since there is the Cornerstone panel which shouldn’t be there:
Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then delete the Cornerstone directory that is in there.
Download the latest version of Pro from your dashboard then unzip the file.
Go back to FTP then go to wp-content/themes. Delete the current pro directory that is in there then upload then upload it in the themes directory.
Wait for the upload to complete then go back to the admin and check the validation.
Let us know how it goes.
Done that you can check. The same with validation and the same with the headers and footer building.
Reinstalled from 0 and the same happens.
It is strange that pro appears in two places and when pressing on pro on the upper side of the menu appears validated but on the lower side it request validation. Also having wordpress 5.4 seems that i cannot customize headers. But content works fine.

I have logged in and I found out the reason why you are having the issue. It turns out that you have renamed the pro folder name into pro-2.
To save us time, I went ahead and re installed your Pro theme. The issue is now resolved.

Pro-2 is the name of the archive when I downloaded from the site. I just took the archive and installed it like a normal theme. I did not know that I have to rename the archive pro. So If i DOWNLOAD NOW from my account the pro theme it downloads under pro-2 archive on my mac.
Nobody instructed me to rename it.

When you go to your APEX dashboard, you can down PRO theme pro.zip.
You will be using the pro.zip file and upload this file to install the Pro theme.
