Why isn't my site locked in horizontally? It slides side to side when you scroll

I’ve built about 50 sites in pro, and I’ve never encountered this. Any ideas?

Hi Ken,

Thanks for reaching out!

There’s a fixed width of an item that causing it to slides side to side. I check your account and you have so many associated website in your account, would you mind sharing your site URL so that we can check and give you a piece of advice on how you can fix it?

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Thanks Marc, I’ll send a secure note.

Hi Ken,

It seems the Font Size of the Sub Headline in the Banner section is the reason behind your issue, please adjust the font size to get rid of it.

Thanks

I tried it, and no change. The problem persists.

Ok, here are the details:

Hello Ken,

The issue is because of your footer settings. Please edit your custom footer and in your bar settings, particularly the bar for smaller screens, set the height to auto, Flexbox child placement should be as “column” and make sure to add a 100% maximum width to the text element or containers.
