Iam trying to create a gallery with categories but i cant see any category option.

Thanks for reaching out.
This issue has been already fixed a few versions ago. Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the theme? If that is not the case, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

no i can see, license error is gone, but addons page have some issue like “There was an issue retrieving the addons for this site. Please click on the button below the refresh the addons data.”

Thanks for your response, I having another issue with custom fonts. Custom font is not loading on some pages.

It would be best if you could create a new thread to avoid any confusion and on that thread, please give detailed information like ( what’s the custom font and what are the pages links ).

Hi Aarti,

This is an ongoing conflict between the latest Envira Gallery and the theme. The issue has already been added to our issue tracker and will be looked into by our development team. I cannot make any promises relating to a fix at this stage. I will add a note to the tracker referencing your report though so our dev team can see there are multiple reports of the issue.

You can use an alternative solution by using the Soliloquy plugin or the Essential Grid plugin. It will also allow you to create galleries and has lightbox features.

I installed the Essential Grid plugin, but it is asking for Purchase Code. How do i Activate this?

Hello Aarti,

The Essential Grid is one of the bundled plugins with X. Since it is a bundled plugin with X, it does not come with a separate license because you can still use most of its features.

In case you want to use the premium features, you will need to purchase a separate license key from the plugin author.
