I read in your documentation that we should be able to add a header.
But if you see my screenshot, the “+” symbol is missing. Any clue to this mystery?

I have checked the Header Builder and found that the problem is due to insufficient permission. I have checked further Cornerstone > Settings > Header Builder and found the permission is not enabled.
I went ahead and select all the permissions and now the Plus button is visible in the Header Builder to add a new Header.

After I first set up using this theme 6 years ago, I think I must have lost track of the evolution and lost something in transition. I thought I’ve cut over to Pro completely now. Help me understand: what is the relationship btw Pro and Cornerstone? I also didn’t know about this concept of Cornerstone settings and permissions…

The Pro is a Theme which have the Cornerstone page builder integrated with it. You can use the Cornerstone to create the pages, I would suggest you go through our online documentation and the videos on the Youtube channel which will guide you on this.
If you have any specific doubts about it, you can post it here for us to guide you further.
