White spacing above header

I was adding in our Black friday countdown timer and when i made it visible it put a white bar at the top of the page. I checked the custom code and did not find anything in the global or element CSS. I can see a " to the far left.

Hello @jfairbbt,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that there is an issue with custom code, invalid HTML code, or a script added to the webpage. I would suggest you please disable the custom Header/Footer and troubleshoot the common issue to determine the exact issue. If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

I will provide the admin login credentials through secure note

Hello @jfairbbt,

I tried to access your site dashboard, but the default WordPress login URL is not working on my end. It seems that you have customized the WordPress login URL. Please share the exact login URL.

Thanks

Hello @jfairbbt,

It seems that you are using the security plugin. I would suggest you please disable the security plugin since it enables two-factor authentication, so we can not access it on our end. I would suggest you please disable the security plugin so we can check it on our end.

Thanks

Done, sorry.

Hello @jfairbbt,

I rechecked your site it still requires the two-factor authentication code at the moment. Please disable it so we can access your dashboard and check it.

Thanks

I disabled another security plugin which reverted the URL login to beachbum.com/wp-admin. I logged in as dsktempuser and there was no 2FA.
