White Cornerstone page

Hi,

I still have a “white page issue” after updating X theme & cornerstone to latest versions.
I’ve finally managed to migrate the website to a staging hosting as asked previously (White Cornerstone page after updage).

The issue has something to do with plugin conflict because when I tried to deactivate all your plugins except for Cornerstone, the content editor is working as expected. That being said, I suggest that you deactivate all the plugin except for Cornerstone and activate it one by one to find the culprit.

On the other hand, I also suggest that you update all your themes and plugins to the latest version.

It comes from WPML Multilingual CMS which has been activated and updated.
However, the issue still persists while this plugin is activated (fixed when deactivated).

it seems that Cornerstone is not compatible with WPML anylonger ?
Could you please help ?

It seems that it is an issue of version compatibility issue, I noticed that you are using older versions of the theme(Your X theme version 9.0.8), plugins. There are some plugins that need to be updated. I would suggest you please make sure your theme, plugins are updated as per our version compatibility page.

I would also recommend you please purge all the cache after updating the theme and plugin so that the latest code renders properly. If the issue still persists please let us know.

Hello Noe,

Thanks for the updates. In some cases, the WPML issue can be caused by the Language YRL format. Please go to WPML > Language and change the URL format.

After that, go to Settings > Permalinks and update your permalink settings before testing your site again. Kindly let us know how it goes.

I have checked your website and found that the page builder is loading the content properly. I would suggest you check once again by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Looking at your screenshot, I see that you have English selected.
That’s the reason it works for you.

On my side, impossible to get to this page. It automatically selects French. And when I want to translate the English version, it redirects me to French version too.

The website has been originally built in French, then translated into English.
I have no idea why the English version has taken control over the French version in Cornerstone…

Default language is French in WPML.
There is definitely a compatibility issue between WMPL and Cornerstone to look into.

Thanks for updating in! I have tinkered your pages and I was able to edit the French page.

What did I do? I simply edited the page in Cornerstone. Even if nothing is displayed on the preview area, you will still see most of the element structures on the left side:

I have inspected a few elements and then hit the “Save” button below. Afterwards, I refreshed the page. And that’s when the preview displays the French contents.
