I am using the latest version of PRO with Cornerstone. The new cornerstone interface is terrible. I am trying to build a header for a site and the header builder is hidden? Missing? Magically disappeared?
I love a good scavenger hunt just a much as the next guy, but this latest “update” is waaaaaayyyyyy over thought with no attention to what users want. It’s sad.
Where is the header builder?
Never mind. Found it. Hope you guys trash this update. It’s bad. Real bad.

Thanks Marc. But the problem is not “understanding” the updates. The problem is the new interface is terrible. Everything is spread out and requires extra steps when trying to accomplish the same things as before. It is poorly thought out and does not take the user experience into account. Sometimes developers do things because they can, not because they should. And that’s what has happened here. A bunch of extra steps and unnecessary fluff added to so theme.co can say things are new. While, unfortunately making everything feel like less than it was before. It’s like you’re becoming Microsoft. Just changing things for the sake of change. It’s seriously disheartening for a user like me who’s be such a big supporter for so long.

By the way, even before we release the new update, we have consulted the our users. We have posted the new look and feel since the August of 2022. You can check it out here: Status Report: August, 2022 (theme.co). Since then, we have been communicating with the beta users in testing out the new look and feel along with the features and functions.
