The Layout Builder is not available in Pro 3.2.3 and we didn’t officially release the Layout Builder because it is still in the test phase. I won’t recommend using the Layout Builder on your live site right now because we are still trying to fix the bugs we found on the Layout Builder but if you would like to try our Layout Builder , I suggest that you will do it on your staging area and download the beta version in your themeco account.
