Where do I get new templates other than the "starter pack"?

I looked and looked and I can never find any place neither on the internet nor on theme.co to download or somehow add more templates to my X theme

Hi Abdelrahman,

You will need to go to your WordPress installation that you installed the X or Pro theme and then go to X/Pro > Design Cloud to add the templates in question.
