Where can I find handwritten shortcodes?

I use Pro with classic editor , I don’t wont to use Cornerstone or Global Blocks in every post .
in past shortcodes was in Demo sites. now with new demo , I dont find the old shortcodes in demo or in doc

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that the classic element shortcodes were already deprecated. This is why you no longer see it in the demo sites or in the documentations. If you have used a classic element shortcode or has created the page using the olde demo sites, all the shortcodes are still being supported with the theme. It will still work yet you cannot no longer find any support for it. What you can find in the Cornerstone or Global Blocks editor is the classic elements instead. You can still use them for your build. Just be advised that we highly recommend using the new elements because you will have more control over the element with its element settings and options.
