When I'm searching any topic on my website, I'm seeing multiple post with the same time

I’m in a need of urgent help.

When I’m searching for something like "best soundproof curtains", I’m getting n numbers of results for the same query on my website https:quiet-castle.com.

Recently, I’ve not installed any plugin on my website.

I’ve also uninstalled all plugins, but the problem still persists.

What’s the solution?
