What is this built with?

tco-hero-testimonials section on the https://theme.co/pro page I can not find a template similar to this section

What you are expecting requires complex customization, and that is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One TOTAL CARE, where we offer small customizations

This is part of your site demonstrating Pro theme surely it is available you would not showcase a feature which is not available on the theme?

It is not available with the Pro, and has been created only for demonstrating the theme with very complex customization.
