Weird page jump with wpdownload manager

Hi there, I know you told me to contact the plugin developer, and I did, but they weren’t helpful. Is there a way you can take a look at this thread and help me find a solution?

Hey @mcostales84, I’m sorry, but we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. But, this issue is because our themes do have its own jump link smooth scroll feature and the plugin uses href="#" to open its tab. We do not have a solution for that conflict. That advise that I can leave you is you don’t use the arrow of your plugin. Instead use the button with text like in the screenshot below. I found that it also opens the accordion. If you really need the arrow, contact the plugin author…

This is a 3rd Party plugin and unfortunately, we don’t have any control over the code. You need to contact the plugin author on this or you can check for any other plugins with similar options.
