My X-theme site is here. It is incredibly slow and I’m not sure what to do about it. I host another site on the same server using the same theme and that site is just fine.
Any idea (a) how I can check it to see what’s wrong and (b) fix the problem?

My suggestion would be to run a test on pingdom to see the average load time. After that please refer our performance optimization guide to improve the page load time.
