Hi, my website is showing a “critical error” message. I tried following instructions in previous forums but I’m not familiar with this product. This site was handed over to me to manage and I’m not familiar with how it was built. I recently purchased a 1yr license but would like help troubleshooting. Thanks.

It seems that the issue is related to the WordPress version 6.2 which has already been fixed, and the latest version has been released. I would suggest you go through the following thread and update the X as explained in it.
