Videos (MP4) stopped showing up, tried updating theme, no luck

Hi, my client notified me that a few of his videos just stopped showing up. I went in and cant see anything wrong. Also tried adding new embedded videos and nothing. I updated the theme, turned off plugins, nothing. Any ideas?? Running Version PRO 5.0.8

Thanks for writing in! What you are experiencing could just be a cache-related issue. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

If after trying all of the above things you are still experiencing problems, we would love to check your issue if we can have access to the WP admin panel. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

I have logged in and investigated the issue. It appears that the Jetpack plugin is causing the problem. I have temporarily deactivated the Jetpack plugin and now, the videos are showing.

You can enable back the Jetpack plugin and test the pages again.

Check your pages now.
