Video player controls not visible

The controls for the video player element are not functioning as expected.

I updated the video on my staging site and all works as normal. (second section - how to apply) http://tocker4.staging.wpengine.com/grant-application-process/

I pushed those changes to production and cleared cache with WP Engine and Cloudflare, however the video controls only briefly appear when the page loads then disappear. https://tocker.org/grant-application-process/

Plugins and Wordpress are all up-to-date on both sites.

I followed this general troubleshooting post and was not able to see a difference in the display. Admin credentials to follow.

Thank you for the very detailed post information.

You are experiencing this issue because the video file in your production site does not exist.
Please upload the video or at least make sure that it exists in your production site.
