I am having trouble with my video/audio element missing a play button on mobile view. It works fine on desktop, but for some reason is not playable/has no play button on mobile view.

Thanks for writing in! I was able to replicate the issue on my phone. This is what I am seeing:
It seems that your video is not cross browser compatible. If you have the original video, please use the software from “Handbrake.fr” and convert it again to *.mp4 format to make sure that the video is compatible to all browsers.
