This is a follow-up on this forum topic: Video element only working on desktop
I did the conversion requested, which has solved the issue for android but not for apple mobile view. Currently from an apple phone, no play button is being shown so there is no way to play the video.

I tried an mp4 video of mine and the play button is displayed.
The play button disappears once I use your mp4 video. Though your video is in mp4 format, Safari won’t still accept it. It’s possibly because of unknown video codec compatibilities. Using the Handbrake program is only a suggestion. We cannot provide help in tweaking the program settings to make your video compatible with Safari.
With that said, I’d recommend you use Youtube or upload your video to Youtube and use the Video Embed like the other video. It will make the look consistent too.

Hmm how strange. So its not the format, it’s just my specific video?
I can try to upload to youtube but I do not have an account… are you sure there isnt something else I can try?
