Video Backgrounds not working on sub-sites

Hi there.

We’re using Pro on a multisite website. Our video backgrounds work fine on the main site, but any sub-site, the video backgrounds don’t work. I’ll provide a link to a page in a secure note.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey @lifehouseglobal,

I couldn’t replicate this issue in my test site using the latest version of WordPress (Multisite), the latest version of Pro, no child theme, and no 3rd party plugins, and no custom CSS and JS. With that said, you might have added something in your subsites that is causing this issue.

Specifically, the following inline CSS is not added to your subsites.

.mejs-container {
    height: 100%;
}

Please first do the following troubleshooting procedures and if none helps, add the CSS above in Theme Options > CSS.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Css/Js Customization
