Vertically Centering text in 1 column of a 3 columned row

I use this layout a LOT, but can never figure out how to center the heading and text within the single 1st column since the margins are zero… I usually end up using gaps, but then those don’t render well on different device sizes.
Is there some CSS that will correct this automatically for me? https://prnt.sc/w0pq1i

Hello @tkcostello,

Thanks for writing in! Please edit your page and click the column. In the column settings, enable the Flexbox layout and then set the vertical alignment to center.
