Validation - unable to assign a pro license that was unassigned

Hi, I purchased a Pro license in March of 2019, directly on Themeco and just now wanting to use that on a site that was a plain X theme. I’ve logged in numerous times trying to apply that unused license to this site and each time it does not lock/save the domain I want to assign it to. The result is I cannot validate the product. What can I do to fix this?

Love your products and haven’t signed in in quite some time so I don’t know if I’m missing something or is there a limit on license activation.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your account and you have several Pro Licenses. Which site you are trying to validate? Make sure that you have assigned the domain URL in your license code. For more information about Product Validation, check this out:
