Validation Trouble on New License

I am trying to validate my license to begin setting up my new site, but keep getting this error.

" Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account."

I have switched around the main and testing sites from “my main domain and test domain” to “my testing domain and a subdomain on my testing domain” to try to solve the problem but nothing seems to be working.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to “revoke” on my account page. I have tried to unlock, but that didn’t change anything.

I haven’t been able to use the product at all yet. Please help!

Hello Tanya,

Thanks for writing in! I can see that you have assigned the license code to the following URLs in the secure note. These are the only URLs that you can validate the theme. Please login to your account and double-check the assignments.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings and validate it for you. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Best Regards.

Hello Tanya,

The given URL cannot be found or displaying blank screen.

Please see the secure note.

Updated secure note

Hello Tanya,

The password is still incorrect. Anyway, now that you have given the WP login url, it seems that you have a location issue while doing the product validation. Please go to your Account and make sure that the staging URL assigned to the license code is the same as your site URL in Settings > General > Site URL.

Corrected in secure note

Hello Tanya,

The password is still incorrect. By the way, I have changed the staging URL assignment in your license code.

Please try it now.

It just validated! Thank you!

You are most welcome.
