Validation pro not working. Still not validated after entering the code

I keep getting the message ‘not validated’. I am sure I have the right code.

I suspect there could be something wrong with your server and our server communication. I suggest that you disable all your plugins and try to re-validate your website. If it doesn’t help, we need to check your admin settings. To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
