On both sites validation key not working, said it is used on another site. On dashboard on themeco everything looks good. I was asked to reinstall the web address but it still didn’t work. I was then told to start my own thread here with a secure note–– not exactly sure on how to make a secure note because it’s been a while since I have posed here.

Please kindly go to your Themeco Dashboard using the link below:
Then from the left side menu expand the single licenses menu item. There you will see the list of your licenses.
Click the license in question, and click the edit button of the location input box. There you will be able to update the exact URL that you use for your website, alternatively, you can leave that item blank.
Then please follow the same instructions mentioned in the article below:
kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard
and the license in question using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case if you still have problems.
