I continue to have frequent issues within websites being hosted on WPEngine. When activating my license, I received a ‘Site is Validated’ confirmation, but then it remains locked and I am unable to make updates to the theme or download any of the included plugins. I have tried clearing the cache and other basic techniques, but continue to have no luck.
Any reason for what might be causing this or any way to get this to resolve? Thanks!

It might be the issue of the plugin conflict, cache issue or any browser extension that is stoping to validate the theme. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
