Hi, I am using Pro for a long time now on my site. Recently, when I logged into the WP backend, I saw that my Pro license is not validated (at least, that is what is displayed).
When I insert my license number: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.
I can provide you with the license key.

Hi, we’ve secured our admin logins with 2FA. This makes providing the admin login quite hard. Can you check, to which URL this license is mapped? I think there might be the problem here.
