Validating problem. Please help

Hello – I bought theme X today and installed it on my website.

When I go to validate the theme, it always tells me “ This looks like a brand new license that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue. ”

Please can I know how to solve this…

Thanks for writing in! Are you trying to validate “Mountain Bikes HQ” site? If you are validating a completely new site, please register the license code to the APEX first and then assign the new domain name that you are validating to the license code in your APEX account and then you can proceed with the validation. You can manage your licenses in your APEX account: https://theme.co/apex/licenses
