When going through the process of validating the Pro license (actually purchased in Jan 2017) I go to a 404 page not found error. This happens right after I input the license number and hit “return”.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
