Stumbled upon the Form Input element several months back on one of the old pre-new-UI-betas. Thought it was a bug that this was exposed.
Just happened upon it again in B3. Have I missed this being covered in the beta announcement / features list? Is there documentation around this?

This is not something that will be “going live” anytime soon, but it is part of a few things we are testing internally. That’s all I can really say about it at the moment. 
My apologies on that, I’ll make sure it’s flagged off in the next release!
Just guessing, and hoping that something like that would be a front end form to link to an ACF page… but also guessing that it is just a pipedream at this stage

From what I’ve already explored, this could be super powerful. Though I hadn’t successfully figured out how to process any of the values 
As a side note for future Kory when this is “going live” – I noticed color isn’t an option in the dropdown but does work when input manually. If and when this does roll out, please oh please include the color picker field
No problem, @DoncoMarketing! And thank you for catching it…definitely don’t want that little guy getting out at the moment, haha. I’ve noted your thoughts on the color input. When the time is right for discussions, I’ll be happy to continue exploring any thoughts there.
