V6:B1 | Custom Fonts

UI in the custom fonts manager might need a bit of love.

Screen Shot 2022-10-05 at 9.20.15 AM

  1. Filename appears to overlap UI
  2. Dropdowns appear a bit squished
  3. Loading up a custom font requires a save and refresh of the page in order for it to display in the palette dropdown. Which was a bit confusing at first until I realized I needed to manually refresh the page. Perhaps a forced refresh on custom font save?

Bonus: Call me crazy but I can’t seem to get any custom fonts actually working. They load into my media library, they display in palette. I can select them in the headline element. But nothing loads… have tried woff and woff2. Looks like this is a bit of an issue in the current version of Cornerstone too. Help :-/

@DoncoMarketing, I have updated the styling for this section in the latest beta that just went out. I have made some notes to look into the general functionality of the custom fonts setup to ensure all of that is working properly.

@Kory - FYI, looks like this was user error :man_facepalming:. Not sure why but the font files were not uploading to the media library over https. Thought I had this being forced but I guess not. Wondering if there is a way to notify a user that there is mixed media and that the font file likely wont work. Took me days to figure this out…

@DoncoMarketing, I’ve noted this down and I’ll see what we can potentially do there…sorry about that!
