Using X Pro temporary in a test website

Good day!

Yesterday I purchased this phenomenal product and I have the best feelings about what I’ll be able to create with it.

What I intend to do here is activate X Pro in a test subdomain, while my main domain runs a different Wordpress instance with its very own theme, then move everything onto that main domain.

I haven’t even installed the theme yet because I don’t know if it will be locked out to my subdomain address and then it would be impossible to use it in my main domain.

Is it safe to do so?

Thanks for writing in! Please be informed that you can use Pro theme in any of your WP site installation. You can always validate and revoke the validation by assigning the license code to the domain or sub domain. ​To validate X properly, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X > Validation, and insert the license code.
