Thanks for writing in!
Regretfully we do not have a repository of the assets of each demo sites that you download. I would highly recommend that you set up a staging site some place or like in your local computer. Install a fresh WP in your local computer. Import the demo site and then same some parts of the page that you like as a template. You can then export and import the template to your live site so that you can re use it for your site development.
