Using Shortcode to Add Form to Site

The site has the cornerstone form element on multiple pages. On the home page it’s at the bottom. I’m using the forminator plugin and it uses the shortcode below but when I put that short code on the embed section (as this is not a wp-form, gravity or contact form 7 form), it doesn’t work. Is there a way to make this work using the embed option?

To add the form shortcode you can use our element called Text element & Raw content element. I have created a page on your server called “Themeco Test”. It is in draft mode. You check the settings of the theme to learn more about how to insert the form shortcode.
