Using Page & Element settings only

Hi,

Is there any way to duplicate the mobile responsive settings for a page without changing the content of the new page? When building a site that has the same layout for a number of pages, I would normally build one page completely first, all the way from Desktop to Mobile, then save as a template to use for all future pages.

In this case I had to quickly put together 7 staff pages and only built to Desktop size. eg:

Now I have to go into each one and adjust for different sizes. I was wondering if there was any way I could just do one and paste the settings only into the other 6 pages?

Thanks,
Darren.

Hello Darren,

Thanks for writing in! If you are using the Layout Builder and have created a Single layout template, you can apply this template to the rest of the pages assuming that all of the pages has the same layout.

If this is the first time you heard of the Layout builder, please check out this video:

Hope this helps.

Hey Ruenel,

Unfortunately I build the pages as regular pages, not through Layout builder - which makes more sense now that I think about it.

Does this mean I’m stuck having to make the same changes to elements on every page then?

Hi Darren,

If you are not using a common layout, you need to make the changes on each page.

Thanks
