Using (only) Gutenberg/core Wordpress editor: can Cornerstone plugin be removed?

Hi,

We converted all our pages/posts to the Core Wordpress editor (previoulsy using a combination of cornerstone and WP Bakery).

We wonder if we can also uninstall the Cornerstone plugin, or will there be issues with the theme?

Hi Amaravati,

It is recommended that you keep the Cornerstone plugin enabled as some features might not work properly regarding the Theme Options and the import/export, Global Block, and Design Cloud features.

Thanks, can I turn off Cornerstone editor so people will not be able to use it?

Hi @amaravati,

Definitely. Please go to the Permissions Manager and disable it for Pages and Posts:
