Using an accordion in an envira gallery description

What I would like to do is add an envira gallery and the description is in an accordion for the header so the description is hidden unless the heading is clicked.

I know I can do this via Cornerstone the thing is I need to add descriptions to galleries so they can be used in loopers.
Can I use dynamic content and accordions via a shortcode in the description of envira gallery?
