Hey Charlie, what are the Use OEmbed and OEmbed for Internal Link options for that are toggled on by default? Were these added in recently?
It was added somewhere in 6.1 I think. If you output a raw link, WordPress will change it to be a mini preview similar to other apps and sites. There was a request to remove that functionality and just have the link as raw text. It’s enabled by default to match prior behavior.
