Hello,
I just purchased and uploaded the latest version of X into a brand new install of Wordpress. Then, I proceeded to get a few add-on plugins (under Construction, White Label, etc.), however when trying to activate them, each one of them say they cannot be activated because of a fatal error.
There are no other plugins except X-add on plugins.
What could this be? Please help!

I have checked your site there`s this issue, but on my localhost all is working normally. So, some file is corrupted and to solve this, you need to reinstall the theme and cornerstone following this article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-theme-installation/54

I deleted all of the X plugins, as well as deleted the X theme via FTP.
Then, I followed all of the instructions in the link provided.
Same issue is still occurring. This is my 4th purchase of an X-theme, and I’ve never encountered this before on previous website builds with X.
Any ideas why all the errors?

Thanks for updating in! After some further investigation I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.3.24 and WordPress 4.8 requires at least 7.0 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
