Upgraded to Max but CSAI is still locked. I tried refreshing my validation too. Nothing.
Themeco Doc states, " CSAI is included with all Max plans or you can purchase it individually. To activate, go to the Max section of the Validation Page and follow the prompts to install and activate."

Thank you. The CSAI option still shows locked and the icon still shows PRO instead of Max. I would have thought that once I clicked the Refresh Validation it would have asked for my new license and updated everything— but nope. Is there something I’m missing? All the Max options are still closed to me.

Try to go to Cornerstone > Theme Options > Preferences and clear the Max Cache.
If this does not help, revoke and revalidate your Pro theme.

Okay. Not sure what’s happening. But it’s still not taking. I tried clearing the Max Cache, All Cache, and Revoking the License…twice. How should I provide WP access so it’s not visible to everyone?

– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
