I downloaded the zip file to update my X Theme from 10.0.3 to 10.1.10 but don’t know what to do next.
I have a six-month support plan and need some help with this seemingly simple task.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have uploaded the full package downloaded from Envato. I would suggest you extract the full package and upload only the X theme zip file only.
Please go through the following article on installation.

I have a similar issue. Should I start a new thread or write a private message (if the latter, how do I invite someone to the PM?) My site is now now showing at all due to a critical issue. Cornerstone did not recognise the licence key (secure note).
I also upgraded to Pro but now just want to revert back to X to keep things simpler.
I suffered the same issues with WP6.2 messing up my site and the X Theme had to be disabled, so the whole site looks nothing like it should although currently not showing at all.

In order to help you with your issue properly. Please create your own thread and on that thread, please provide us with the following information.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- FTP Access
