Updating x has made parts of my site disappear

HI - I originally posted under ‘burger menu not working’ - was advised to update x which I did and got the burger menu working, but coloured boxes on the home page and all over the site have disappeared. I followed the advice on the thread below -

Tried everything - disabling plugins, trying different themes, etc, but nothing makes a difference to this issue.

I was told that cornerstone couldn’t open the page for editing. I should point out that the page was not created with cornerstone, it was created before that was in use so it may not be compatible?

There is a conflict with WP SVG Icons plugin. Please temporarily deactivate the plugin or contact with the plugin author to resolve their plugin issue.

Please note that we don’t provide third-party plugin support. It is out of support scope.

Hi there,

Thanks so much for looking at this. I have deactivated WP SVG Icons but the issue does not seem to have been resolved. For example, above the photo on the main page there should be a red box with white writing saying ‘book your slot now’ and many more coloured boxes further down the page. This all worked fine until I updated the latest X theme.

I have checked your page and it turns out that you are using WPBakery Page Builder. You must enable the “Legacy X Integration” in WPBakery Page Builder > General Settings which I already did.

Check your site now.

By the way, I noticed that you added custom CSS in your child theme.
