Update theme X 8.08

Hi, I updated wordpress version 5.6 and Theme X version 8.08

Now I can’t modify anything on the pages. I only have a dark grey page.

What can I do ?

Hi @rucho,

Can you also make sure that Cornerstone was updated to 5.0.8? This might be what you need to resolve the issues you are having.

Yes, I checked, Cornerstone was updated to 5.0.8
so it might be another issue…

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Please give us cPanel access so we could investigate your setup and we might see what exact setting is causing the issue. If you’re not aware of cPanel or your web host’s server controls, please contact the web host support.
