I’m really not happy with this answer. My customer (site owner) is VERY angry, because he can’t download urgent documents, that are uploaded while creating an order. As it is my job, to solve problems for my customers, I will not accept waiting again and again for the fix of a major bug.
I know themeco can’t solve the problem themselves, as I can’t do it myself.
But: While I will do anything to find a solution for my customer and will demand a fix again and again, I really expect themco to do the same: Ask (demand, force, beg - whatever) the Plugin Author to fix it. Again and again.
I will not stand by and simply wait another weeks, months, years until probably it’s fixed. And I really hope, themeco cares as much for their customers as I care for mine!
