I want my landing page to have a footer, but I don’t want to use the footer I have site-wide (because it contains social links etc. and I don’t want visitors on my landing page to click them).
Is there an easy way to modify the existing footer or create a unique one, just for this landing page?

Regretfully there is no option for that at the moment. In case you want to achieve that feature, I would suggest you please contact a developer who can assist you with your concerns or you can avail One where customization questions are answered or you can avail Elite where we do custom development. Please note we don’t provide custom development support. It is out of the support scope.
Alternatively, I would suggest you, please upgrade your X theme to a Pro theme where you would get a Footer builder, you may create a custom Footer for this page.
