Under Construction crashing my website

Hi Team,

I am installing the Under Construction plugin from the panel of plugins and the moment I install it my WordPress crashed and I had to delete it.

Can you help me fix this?

Thanks for writing in! Usually, when your WP site crashed after installing a plugin, it could be because of PHP memory exhaustion or that you need to update your PHP version. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

  • Testing for Plugin Conflict
  • Theme Update
  • Child Theme
  • Increasing PHP Memory Limit

If after trying all of the above things you are still experiencing problems, please reply below, including login details to your site in a secure note, so that we can investigate further.
